"This is my fourth year building a rink. This year's
version is about 25 feet by 55 feet. The frame is made from 2 by 8 s and the liner is 3 white tarps
each about 20 ft by 28 ft.
The tarps are fastened together using only duct tape.
This has worked well in the past but this year I think I have a
leak somewhere. Next year, I'll check into acoustic sealant or
try to find a large one-piece tarp.
In this picture, my son Jonathan is enjoying the rink with
his friend and teammate, Braden.
Finally, thank you so much for a most informative website.
I've learned so much from the tips left by others and I really enjoy
seeing picture of other people's rinks."
Nice job David. Glad to be of help. Thanks for the pic. |
