Roman writes: "I had my yard graded this year which made it easier to get rid of real thin spots. The rink is 80 x 32 and thanks to the help of my three boys maintaining the rink is not so hard. I used a 6 mil 100 x 40 clear poly liner for $90.00 US. I had a few thin spots that broke through but I was able to patch them up with slush. I use a resurfacer (a tee pipe with holes at the bottom) with a towel attached to it whish gives me a nice smooth surface. I use two 500 watt halogen lights for night games.
