Kyle writes: "Hello my name is Kyle Oen from MN...This is my first year with making a backyard rink that me, my wife and my 3 year old son have enjoyed so far this winter. We have only been able to skate on the ice once this winter do to VERY mild temps in the 45+ degrees range that have killed my ice so far. Since these photos were taken I have added a set of bleachers, and a Minnesota Gophers flag to the back-drop in the winter snow fencing. I still can't wait to use my new net and my "do it yourself ice-resurfacer" that I built as well. Thanks again for your great tips that were on your site. I hope to have curved boards in the corners next season and higher permanent boards that I plan on making this summer! I hope that you can place the attached photos on your website."
