Matt writes: "This is my second rink that I have built, my first one was in the 2005-2006 winter. I wasn't able to build one last year because work required me to travel a lot. I have made my rink bigger to a size of about 93x43 thanks to a friend of mine leveling out my yard. As you can see in the pictures I was able to light the rink by putting lights on a couple of steel poles that I purchased. I also put a couple of lights in the tree next to the rink. We were able to have our first skate on Christmas Eve. It warmed up a little bit so our skating has been limited but cold weather is on the way. Your website has helped out a lot during my ice making process. I just want to thank you and all the others who have posted tips, they have been very helpful. Thanks again." Glad to be of help Matt.
