"This is the second year
of building a backyard rink in Greenville, Pennsylvania (about 60 miles
north of Pittsburgh). Last year we had about three weeks of skating,
but this year the weather has cooperated and the kids have been skating
since Jan. 11."
Rink Details:
Rink: 20'x30' (frame made
of 2x6"x10'; Should have used 2x12", the first of many mistakes I've made
in rink construction)

Deep End: 12 inches of ice
(propped up frame with sand, bricks, etc.)
Shallow End: 2 inches of
